Murphy beds and wall beds are very similar. However, a Murphy bed is a type of wall bed that folds up into a cabinet or closet. A wall bed is any bed that folds against a wall, including Murphy beds.

Mattresses that are compatible are any mattresses up to 280mmDeep, Mazon recommends pairing your Mazon Hide-A-Bed with a mattress from the Mazon Eco-Coil. range.

Mazon uses a spring mechanism, which allows you to adjust the number of springs to suit the weight of the mattress. 

The Mazon Hide-a-bed (also known as murphy bed), is a space-saving system where the bed base is secured to either the floor or wall and folds up neatly against the wall. It often includes external cabinetry to conceal the bed, saving you up to 80% floor space!

At Mazon, we use a spring mechanism that allows you to adjust the number of springs to match the weight of your mattress for effortless lifting and lowering..

Mazon Hide-a-bed Metro Oak - includes Dark Oak coloured cabinetry, with a wood-grain finish. 

Mazon Hide-a-bed Metro Ice - includes Ice coloured cabinetry.

Mazon Hide-a-bed Urban Ivory - This does not include any cabinetry. 

Once your order has been placed, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

We partner with Fliway and Fastway for deliveries, depending on the size of your order. Larger items are shipped with Fliway, while smaller items go with Fastway.

Delivery times vary by region:

• Within the same island: Overnight
• Between North & South Islands: 2-3 days
